Essex House Extension

So for this project we were asked to build an extension to the side and rear of this property in Essex. To start with, we had to dig up the side and the back, lay any drainage needed and then lay the foundations. Once this was completed, we could start on the building work. Our builders have been building extensions for many years using nothing but high quality materials.

Once all the building was completed, we plastered all the walls and laid new flooring throughout the extension. Our clients asked us to install bi-fold doors to the back of the extension. To the front of the extension, we installed a new white garage door.

A new patio was laid to the rear of the house using large indian sandstone paving slabs aswell as new garden turf.

Our clients were very happy with their new extension.
